Achieving a beautiful seamless branch HE11 integrated packing through water jet processing!

We would like to introduce a processing example of "storage tanks and gaskets for heat exchangers" used in hot water lines for buildings and factories, as well as district heating systems. It features a special partition (branch HE11 shape) integrated with an outer ring, designed to fit the internal partition walls of heat exchangers with multiple passes (multiple back-and-forth flow paths). The material selected is TOMBO No. 1120, which has excellent flexibility and high heat and steam resistance. We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a gasket for a screw pump gear case using the expansion graphite joint sheet "TOMBO No.1120" with a thickness of 0.5mm, based on the drawings received from the customer. The size is 220mm x 384mm, and the processing details include precisely creating 14 bolt holes with a diameter of 14mm and 2 main port holes with a diameter of 130mm.
